Julian Chacon is the owner of Citadel Drones, a precision agriculture scouting service based in Newton, Kansas. He currently works in Research & Development at Park Aerospace Technologies, where he focuses on advanced composite materials, stress testing, and qualification projects. With previous experience in quality assurance, infrastructure inspection for KDOT and FHWA projects, and operations management plus multiple quality control, and quality assurance certifications from K-State University, Julian brings strong technical know how and real world field experience to every job.
