How do I start a drone repair request?
Tell us your aircraft’s make and model, what happened, and the issue you are seeing. Email Julian at julian@citadeldrones.com. Include photos and any repairs or changes already attempted.
What repairs are you taking on?
We review FPV and DJI drone repair requests. The current focus is FPV wiring and connector soldering, straightforward component replacement, and complete gimbal assembly replacements considered by model. Compatibility and calibration requirements are confirmed before acceptance.
Can I mail in a drone from outside Wichita?
Yes. We accept approved mail-in DJI, FPV, soldering, and general drone repair jobs from across the United States. Submit intake first. Julian must accept the job before you ship, and will then provide the shipping address and instructions. An intake submission is not repair acceptance.
Can Wichita-area customers arrange a local handoff?
Yes. Choose Wichita-area handoff in the intake form. Citadel Drones is based in Wichita and serves nearby pilots as well. Confirm the job and handoff arrangements with Julian before bringing an aircraft.
