Gimbal damage needs a specific plan.

Replacing a complete gimbal assembly is different from repairing its internal motors, sensors, camera, or electronics. We confirm the exact assembly, compatibility, and calibration requirements before accepting a replacement. Internal camera and gimbal repairs, microsoldering, and advanced circuit-board repairs are outside our current focus.

• Photos of the whole drone and close-ups of visible damage, sent by email
• Error messages, previous repairs, and any replacement parts you already own
• Your city and state, preferred intake method, and any deadline

Local service, with a mail-in option.

Wichita-area pilots can arrange a local handoff after intake and acceptance. Outside the area, we accept approved DJI repair jobs by mail from across the United States. The shipping address and job-specific instructions are provided only after we confirm that we want to take on the work.
